Haven Homes has announced that it now offers buyers a two-year warranty on workmanship on all homes sold starting March 16, 2026!
While a one-year warranty on fit and finish is standard in the industry, Haven has confidently extended that to two years. According to CEO, Mike Satterfield, “Our homes are typically delivered with zero ‘open items’ for correction and warranty claims for our workmanship is almost non-existent so we decided to put our track record for quality into practice. After a good bit of research, we’ve determined that there is no other builder in the area offering an extended warranty.”
Much like a car warranty, the Haven Homes Extended Warranty gives buyers even more peace of mind. “Our homes are just built better, so we can back them longer,” says Satterfield.
Structural warranty is covered by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.
