Following in his grandfather and father’s footsteps, third-generation homebuilder Matt Mungo established Haven Homes in 2022 to continue his family’s 70+-year legacy of excellence in homebuilding in the Greater Columbia, South Carolina area. Haven Homes has quickly established itself as a builder of choice with an unheard of 100% “would recommend” from buyers. And because Haven’s construction quality, an unmatched two-year warranty on fit and finish – twice that of any other builder – is provided.
