The Haven Homes Extended Warranty covers workmanship related to the fit, finish and materials used in the construction of your home along with essential functions such as electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems behind the walls. Haven Homes will address any imperfection that exceeds industry standards*, however, the Haven Homes Extended Warranty excludes: cosmetic items resulting from basic wear and tear of living in your home; problems that arise from failure to perform normal maintenance; anything related to homeowner upgrades or additions made after closing. The Haven Homes Extended Warranty is not affiliated with any program offered by 2-10 Warranty. Applicable to homes under contract March 16, 2026, and later. Subject to change without notice.
