A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Grayson has a proven track record in residential subdivision and site development. With expertise in grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure, he brings both technical precision and real-world construction experience to every project. Grayson has led coordination efforts across design teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies, ensuring projects progress efficiently from initial due diligence through final construction. His proactive, solutions-driven approach and ability to bridge engineering and field operations make him an invaluable asset in delivering successful developments.
